SCCM in console upgrade Issue 1610 to 1710

Hi Anyweb, 

I need a quick help regarding this upgrade, It seems in console update seems to be stuck at Installing however its not moving further.

Attaching log files for your review. I know you have shared some tips on one of the blogs to fix issue like same.

do you have any 3rd party antivirus software that could be causing the download to fail ? or a proxy ?

Thanks Anyweb for your quick reply, I have checked We have SCEP Disabled and We are using Zscaler proxy and that I have confirmed is ping from the Server.

We have SQL instance hosted on a different server and SCCM installed on different Server. 

Please let me know in case you need to review some additional logs

When even I try with Offline 1702 Baseline media I see a strange behavior, Not getting an option to upgrade, Its grayed out. Only option is available to uninstall site. 

Please need some quick advise.

you can't upgrade it using that media, for upgrade options see the following link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sccm/core/servers/deploy/install/upgrade-to-configuration-manager

have you tried restarting SMS_Executive ? do you have teamviewer and i can remote in and take a look,

Thanks Anyweb I was waiting for your response, Team Viewer is blocked do we have another option. logmein or Skype for Business

Yes I have tried restarting the  SMS_Executive service.
