How to make use of pre downloaded content

Hi

I am trying to pre stage the 1709 upgrade package to improve our users experience.

I have a TS that runs silently that runs one 'Download Package Content' step and puts the 1709 upgrade media into ccmcache, i am also setting a variable as 'UpgradeContent' 

But my 2nd TS that is the upgrade task sequence, always downloads the entire Upgrade Package again, how do I make this TS aware that I already have the upgrade package downloaded in the Cache?
