Secondary Site Successful - MP was not

I have installed a Secondary Site (successfully) on a Windows 2003 box. I have installed BITS and WEBDAV as well. I have granted full rights for the server computer account to the System folder (and all child objects) in AD. Any help would be appreciated. Below is the error I found int he mpmsi.log file
