Report needed to check for PC's that are not getting required updates

I need a report in SCCM that tells me which of our computers have updates that are failing to be installed  I have gone into Monitoring\Overview\Reporting\Reports but none of these seem to fit the bill.  I looked at Management 8 - Computers missing content (secondary), compliance 1 - Overall compliance but these are not exactly what I need.  I know it is possible to create custom reports but I am no DBA, not even close.  Basically I need a report that tells me the name of any updates that fail, when it failed to install, and the computer (device) name.  Any help here would be appreciated.  Thank you.

I can have generated the attached report Compliance 4 - Updates by vendor month year.csv.  This is getting close but not exactly what I am looking for...

 

I need the report to be much cleaner.
