Help creating custom report

I'm new to SCCM and SQL and I'm trying to figure out how to create a custom report that will display Netbios Name, MAC Address, and Serial Tag for all systems. Can anyone help me out?

I hope , you are using SCCM. The code which i given is for querying the details in SMS 2003 DB. I am sorry for that.

 

OK .. Please modify the code like this and try.

That was getting the report to run, and i appreciate that. i am looking for the mac address of the internal NIC however, and i'm not sure what the report is giving me. any suggestions on what to edit to get that? i appreciate all of your help.
