Thank you, I have solved the above problem. However, when reinstalling the system, select the english language and shut down the prompt. After booting into the system, nothing has changed?

reinstall is not a backup, so you must be doing something wrong. If i have time tomorrow i'll take a look at the logs, sorry but i've had a really long day today...

which webservice are you using ? do the webservice url(s) match those in the ini file above, if not then you must amend it accordingly,

the lines that have a ; in front of them are merely comments, they are not actually used
