Using WSUS Express Installation Files with SCCM 2007

Is this supported/compatible? Is anyone using it at the moment that can comment or that has enabled it and had problems?

 

We have 15,000 machines and frequent problems with bandwidth and (according to the technet articles), the binary differential updates seem very appealing.
