Change language to EN-UK

Hi,

 

I tried to use search without any joy so dont roast me if this has already been posted

 

I have captured a winsows 7 image in sccm and have a task sequence to deploy it everything is ok on that front. I just cannot figure out how i change the language to en-UK so the keyboard layout is in UK format and the time is also GMT.

 

Can anyone help?

Hmm not working for me i get the error Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file

 

i tried language en-UK and en-GB with no joy

 

XML looks like this

is this for 32bit or 64 bit, because your unattend.xml file is for 32 bit...

so based on the above you need to use en-GB

ill try again with the en-GB

 

Ive also re-captured the wim with language set to english uk so ill see if that helps.

got another issue now where explored opens each folder in a new window. Checked all settings and its not set to do that

Oh yeah sorry.

 

All i did was re-create the capture image with the new Unattenduk.xml and then added the new image to the TS. I think because i hadnt used the unattenduk.xml on my reference image i had caused issues.
