jeaostro Posted April 22, 2010 Report post Posted April 22, 2010 Hello Has anybody tried to integrate Secunia CSI into SCCM? I would like to know how it works, and how it is done. Is it as good as it looks on paper? Also are there any good guides for "how to" integrate Adobe updates into SCCM/WSUS with the use of System Center Update Publisher? Thanks for the response
0 SecSupport Posted May 4, 2010 Report post Posted May 4, 2010 Hi Jeaostro, First of, I represent Secunia and so I'm probably biased - So I won't comment on the usability of the CSI. However, we would be happy to help you obtain one of our free trials, so you can try out the product before making a final decision. If you go here, http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/corporate/trial/ and enter "www.windows-noob.com" as the reference code in the trial form, you will instantly be given a username and password. Upon request, the free trial can be extended to 30 days. Hope this helps, Emil Petersen, Secunia support.

0 jeaostro Posted May 25, 2010 Report post Posted May 25, 2010 good work, did you do that guide ? Yes sir. Wrote it in office 2010 and published it to PDF. Used some of the pictures and text from Secunia documentation (like the pre requirments).
0 mafrenz Posted July 24, 2013 Report post Posted July 24, 2013 I know its three years later, but Secunia now has a CM12 plugin. My question is, just like the original one posted here, are they as good as they sound on paper? I haven't done the demo or anything, my manager just threw this name at me and we may be having a session with them in a couple of days so I wanted to hear any experience from others. Thanks.
