OSD to security groups

Is there absolutely no way to advertise an OSD task sequence to a AD security group of users? For example, if a company has group of Technicians that you want to advertise to so they can use them while out in the field. They would log in and be able to run the advertisement.

you can dynamically install applications to computers in security groups as I show you here

 

could you not find a way to utilise that in your organisation ? just change your way of thinking ? or ?
