Windows 7 and OS Deployment driver issue

Question

Hello

If the windows 7 image doesn't have drivers for a new network card(built the image one year ago), and the new computer we are deploying to has a new Network card that the Windows 7 image doesn't have a driver for.

I added the driver to Windows PE(so now the task starts and copies over the Windows 7 image(the task failed before i added the driver to Windows PE), but when windows 7 starts and is suppose to make the computer member of the domain and install applications it fails. Because windows 7 doesn't know the Network card. So windows 7 comes up with no applications and missing drivers for the network card.

How can i add the driver so it gets installed before windows tries to make the computer a member of the domain and install applications.

Will the "Auto Apply drivers" step work? Because Windows 7 cannot access any shares when it doesn't have a driver.

Shouldn't this be solved when i add the driver to the Boot image?
