accidentally deleted task sequence

I just discovered that my most important Task Sequence has been deleted by someone ... 
Is there a way to restore this??

I realised that I have deleted my main Task Sequence and also found out the date, when I actually deleted it (SQL Management Studio).
I have got an  Backup, how do I go about restoring just the task Sequence.

create a virtual machine machine the same setup as your primary, install SQL, and restore the db on that vm, that would be how i'd do it...

Err, If you deleted it via SQL then you are likely to have problems don't the road. my guess is likely when you upgrade your site to the next version. I would suggest considering doing a full site restore instead using a clean backup.
