DJ2016 Posted July 2, 2020 Report post Posted July 2, 2020 I'm looking to setup a new System Center Current Branch to run alongside our System Center 2012 SP1 correct me if i'm wrong, as long as the site code is different i should not encounter any issues? Also, i read somewhere that i need to disable automatic site assignment but i can't seem to find that option on SCCM 2012 SP1 - could someone point me in the right direction? Cheers! DJ2016 Posted July 2, 2020 Report post Posted July 2, 2020 That is potentially an option - we are currently running on Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2008 which needs to be upgraded to Server 2019 and SQL Server 2019. anyweb Posted July 3, 2020 Report post Posted July 3, 2020 you can always upgrade the OS and SQL using an inplace upgrade, and that's the method I would choose and have done in the past.
