If you want a nice black/orange theme for your Windows XP, Microsoft have released a free theme to go with the Zune player which works quite well if you want a change from the blue/silver/green (or classic).
You can download it here (just run the install and select the theme from Display Properties when it's done).
And that's what it looks like ^.
