Problem upgrade W10 via SCCM

Hello,

I am currently trying to update workstations with SCCM to go from Windows 10 1903 to Windows 10 21h1.

The problem is that once the update is pushed on the desired clients, on the client no update is available in the software center.

are you pushing a task sequence or some other method, more details would be useful

My english is not very correct.

To update I go to Windows 10 Maintenance >> I search for my update in the list then right click deploy and I deploy on a group that contains all my customers who need to update.

ok have you also deployed a Servicing Stack Update to those devices ?

Yes everything is good on some post it works I think the post I'm trying to update appears as unknown and I can't figure out why.

are there any differences on the clients that work, versus those that fail, for example are their language packs installed ?

Not all customers are identical are identical pc using a master
