Trying to add WinPE-Powershell to the LiteTouch images for MDT Deployment

And every time i try to do this, i get:

I did specify for the WinPE environment to have powershell installed

I had the same problem, and I think I found the solution: you need to add the .NET Framework first.

Dumb how it doesn't specify in the error, but oh well.
