Other domain client software update agent issue

I meet issue when deploy SCCM software update agent to other domain client. These client WUAHandler.log can find erro "Group policy settings were overwritten by a higher authority". As my understand, these client will follow default domain policy for SUS and will not perform SCCM software update policy, and way to fix them, these client can follow SCCM policy? Thanks.

remove the WSUS group policy from all applicable Organizational Units and you'll be good to go,
