Prompt For Computer Name

Question

We have a SCCM 2007,R2 server that is not DHCP. I have captured the image of a Windows 7 computer that I will be applying to new computers as a bare metal installation. The problem I am having now after I have setup a task sequence to install on new computer is getting the TS to prompt for computer name. I am using a bootable media I created of the TS for installing the computer, I have tried differents scripts out there on the internet for command line enry and none of those work. I have tried entering task sequence variable "OSDComputerName" with value blank and that is not working. My install runs all the way to end but it is skipping the options to prompt for computer name. Is there something different you need to do on a non DHCP SCCM server?
