SCCM 2007 REMOTE TOOL

Hi All,

 

I would like to ask about sccm 2007 client.

i have a clients with xp sp3,and the sccm client is installed.the problem is when the firewall is turn off i can remotly manage that client machines,but when the firewall is turn on

i cann't.

NB:file $ print enable on firewall.

also wmi.

Thanks Pete,i forgot to add the port 2701/2702 to firewall exception
