Custom Reports

Hi there,

 

I am fairly new to SCCM and I looking for some help on the reporting aspect of this tool.

I have been assigned the task of removing unused versions of MS Visio and MS Project. I have ran reports on what versions etc are in add/remove programs on network.

I want to identify the last time they were last used via software metering reports but there doesnt appear to be any software metering rule for visio or project.

Are there any step by step guides to perform this? I have tried adding software metering rule but it doesnt appear to be reporting back anything.

 

Any help would be great.

first of all how did you set the software metering rule and did you wait until the clients reported back ?

I changed the lanuage in metering to all instead of the default which was american. It works fine now.
