I am following the Standard Image of Windows 7 document from MS found here. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=901663E1-934F-4793-8EAE-7C0A1CCB83A5 I am able to do exactly what I want with this document with the exception of user-specific settings. For that it suggests article 959753 in the MSKB. It says there to create the unattend.xml which I have done and then do sysprep.exe /generalize /unattend:unattend.xml so that is fine except in the document is says to Clean Up the Image by running sysprep in audit mode and then Generalize the Image running sysprpep a second time in OOBE mode. Not knowing exactly what to do I added the /unattend parameter to this second string, but alas it doesn't work and prevents windows from finishing up properly. I will try again now and post the exact error. Any ideas where the issue is?
