Rajal Posted October 4, 2010 Report post Posted October 4, 2010 Hi Guys, Can i create a database to save the desktop's informations for deploy Windows (Seven) via OSD (SCCM 2K7). For example: - Hostname - Mac Adress or/and Serial Number - Target Organisation Unit in Active Directory. OSD will must check this database et take the informations (hostname, OU etc...) to deploy Windows ! It's Possible ? How i can do ? Thanks all ! ps: sorry for my english
0 Peter van der Woude Posted October 4, 2010 Report post Posted October 4, 2010 What about the default SCCM Database? When you don't use Unknown Computers, you already have to add a computer by its Name and MAC Address. The computer will stay in the OU where it was, when it is a new computer it will be added to the specified OU in the Task Sequence. 0 jamitupya Posted October 6, 2010 Report post Posted October 6, 2010 Yeah, i'd just use a csv file and the import function in SCCM also like Peter says
