Office 2010 Language Packs

Hi all-

 

How are Office 2010 language packs installed during MDT installation? I downloaded all the Windows 7 and Office 2010 language packs from our MVLS and I tried to import them all into MDT. I noticed only the Windows 7 language packs were imported. I assume I am doing this wrong.

 

The Office language packs do contain a lp.cab file which I believe is only the proofing tools but it doesn't switch the language within Office to the correct language.

 

How is everyone else doing this or how is this supposed to be done?

we package the language pack into an unattended .xml and .msp file with-in the office source.

 

you can do the same thing, download the office lp source and the office templates for customizing installation, run the setup.exe /admin and create a transformation file...

 

thats one method....
