Task Sequence Error - 0x80004005

Hi all-

 

I know similar posts have been created about this error but so far I haven't been able to find a solution for us. We are using SCCM with MDT integration and we setup a task sequence to deploy Windows 7 Enterprise. The sequence right now doesn't do much except for install Windows (we haven't added any applications yet). We are using the default x64 & x86 bit boot images that came with SCCM. SCCM is running on a separate Windows Server 2008 R2 box with SQL. Another server is running DHCP & WDS. This is in a lab environment.

 

The problem occurs when PXE boots, we setup a password to access the task sequence and immediatly after entering the password, the Task Sequence fails with the following message:

 

An error occurred while retrieving policy for this computer (0x80004005). For more information, please contact your system administrator or helpdesk operator.

 

Now I have read many different solutions from certificate issues, to driver issues, IIS and even reinstalling SCCM. We have tried them all and nothing has worked. I have F8 enabled and log is attached. Does anyone have any additional information on what might be happening?
