Remove Windows Updates Meta Data

Question

http://cid-339f51e91e743385.photos.live.com/self.aspx/Support/SCCM%20Updates.GIF

The above link is what i am seeing in Software Updates > Critical Updates > All Updates

What i am trying to do is start over with deploying WSUS & SUP. First thing i did was remove SUP then i uninstall WSUS. But yet i can still see those old updates in there. They are not actully there bacuse when i click it and select download or anything i get "All Software updates in this selection are expired or metadata-only. The deployment cannot be created."

I read somewhere that this stuff is located in the SQL Database. How do i remove this old meta data out of sccm? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
