install only word silently

how can i install only word 2010 or excel 2010 using sccm 2007 R3 silently?

peter i did that but the screen office is preparing files appears and the rest is silent , how can i hide that wizard screen as well ?

i did that already but with no luck , any suggestions please ? i followed the link you posted letter by letter but the preparing files for installation is the only thing that appears then the rest is just hidden and silent

any help would be appreciated
