Error:'The instruction at 0x77147a referenced memory at 0x00000028.The memory could not be written

Question

While deploying Windows 7 after WINPE when it reboots and starts intializing hardware devices, i recieve an error stating that 'The instruction at 0x77147a referenced memory at 0x00000028.The memory could not be written.

Click OK to terminate.

I am deploying it on Vmware machine. I read on technet that need to change the SCSI type to IDE, but it does allow me to

chnage even if i try to create new vm it takes as default SCSI only.

when your creating the VM, select custom vm, then select windows xp or linux, it should then give you the option for IDE....

ignore the OS info etc, that is just to suggest the best "profile" to use....
