Install Roles/Features *Windows 7*

I currently have System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 installation with MDT 2010 Update 1. I have successfully created task sequences to install Windows 7 with all of the required software. I am now at a roadblock where I need to add roles/features to the task sequence(more specifically IIS). I have a TS that installs Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS and that works fine. If I replace the OS within the task sequence with Windows 7 the TS doesn't fail per say, but IIS is not installed. I have an image I made with IIS installed and setup correctly however when redeployed the IIS configuration is broken, hence the need to setup IIS in the TS.

Another option is to 'just' enable it with DISM.
