SCUP and SCCM

Hello,

 

i would like to use SCUP for SCCM 2007 (r2) but i have a little Problem with the Installation.

 

I read the technet but i don´t really know where i can install it?

 

Is there a better manual or how to?

 

Can i install SCUP himself on a workstation and then deploy third-party updates from there to the Server or would the clients take the updates for TP from the client self?
