Collection base on IP & AD Group membership

I want to build a collection that will inclode all Computer that sub net is 10.10.10.x & 10.10.11.x, that are NOT members in Group1 from AD.

You can try this collection:

Similar to the request above, is it possible to create a collection based on a user belonging to a group but not logged into a computer on a subnet.

So if UserA is on subnetX they are in the collection. But if UserA is on subnetY they aren't in the collection.

 

Is this even practical?
