Mr.G Posted January 19, 2011 Report post Posted January 19, 2011 After so much frustration with the Product and having read all the articles I could find plus the ones you had listed, I've decided to remove SCCM and re-install it from scratch. Using the SCCM 2007 DVD media then downloading all the relevant patches for it in sequence. Lastly installing KB 977384 before R3 install. We shall see what happens! Mr.G Posted February 16, 2011 Report post Posted February 16, 2011 Support call open with Microsoft. I've had some help in installing the KB article 977384 and found that I'd made a mistake by not un-installing it before re-installing it. The files were not copied and corruption had occurred leading to a NOT_FOUND when installing the KB article. I will be working with Microsoft to figure out why my clients report .2000 version and not .2157 as they should. Little help in terms of actually pointing to the root of the problem has been given from the forum so I resorted to opening a support call with Microsoft.
