Exchange OWA CAS1 redirect CAS2

Question

Hello Guys,

Check this scenario:

I have 2 CAS server - CAS_1.mydomain.xx and CAS_2.mydomain.xx - they're both exchange server 2010.

The clients access to OWA using an external address https://www.my_external_adress.xx/owa - this address redirects to the principal CAS (CAS_1).

Internly they access using https://cas_1/owa or https://cas_2/owa . But when a client from CAS_2 try to access throught https://cas_1/owa , OWA just can't redirect.

This causes trouble because when clients from CAS_2 try to access on the external adress it says: "A server configuration change is temporarily preventing access to your account. Please close all Internet Explorer windows and try again in a few minutes. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk." And if i try access from https://cas_2/owa with a client from CAS_1 give the message "Outlook Web App isn't available. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk." On CAS_2 I don't have an external adress configured.

Is this a problem with the certificates? Permissions? no clue :(

n0t.
