Disable Wizard "My language is" question when deploying Multilanguage Windows 7

Question

I installed windows 7 multilanguage with the following languages. english, german and french.

On the windows machine in the sysprep folder there are now three language folders available with unattend.xml. de-de, fr-fr and en-en. In each folder there is the following file present. sysprep.exe.mui. I suppose, that Sysprep take this file and I get a Menu to select the language i want install.

Now i have different regional locations. Each regional location has its own language. When I start sysprep i receive the message to choose the language. Now i want to run a script or to modify the unattend.xml file so, that if the computer is on the network location 192.168.10.x then the language should be installed automatically in english. If the network location ist on 192.168.15.0 then the language should be installed automatically in german, and if the network location is 192.168.20.0 then the os language should be installed automatically on french.

How can I solve this in unattend.xml?
