I've had a look around on the forums and google but can't find anything related to my issue.
Currently I'm doing an audit of my companies AV (Symantec Endpoint)to make sure all PC's are up to date. When I run report ID 95 (Count of all instances of software registered with Add or Remove Programs), I get 3 different versions of SEP which I expected. One has a count of 44, another has 11, and the last 6. If I select "open the target" next to the one displaying 6 installs, it shows me all 61 installs, instead of just the 6 running that version. Same for the other two. This is obviously of no use because I still have no idea which PCs are running the old version.
Has anyone else encountered this issue and what did you do? Am I going to have to edit the SQL statement? Hope not, my SQL knowledge is non-existent.
