No Software data in resource explorer

Question

This site has managed to help me iron out most of the kinks in my sccm 2007 install, but one remains that I dont seem to be able to sort.

The software inventory agent doesnt seem to be reporting any data. Its configured and installed on the client, but when I launch resource explorer all I get is hardware inventory, but no software information.

The FileSystemLog on the client states that 2823 instances were reported successfully, and the inventory log states the following

its set to report all exe's on all drives on a client machine. The hardware inventory is spot on so I find it strange that the software one isn't working

I'm running sccm 2007 r3 on windows server 2008 r2

Any help would be appreciated

Cheers
