Uninstall software patches

Question

My Manager wants to know if we push out a patch to machines and find out that patch is causing some kind of an issue , is there a way using SCCM to uninstall that patch? If not, is there a way to do it using something else?

You can not use the Software Update feature in SCCM to uninstall patches. You need to create an uninstall packackage and program in the Software distribution feature.
