MigrationStatus.xml

Question

Im using USMT 4.0 to run a scanstate on windows XP to restore on Windows 7 Machine. Im using SCCM, with a SMP. I Created a task sequence to capture the info from windows xp. According to the scanstate.log it starts, sees the SMP server, copies all the information, and completes sucefully.

2011-05-03 23:09:07, Info [0x000000] USMT Started at 2011/05/03:23:09:07.384

2011-05-03 23:09:07, Info [0x000000] Command line: \\NYMSC-1.us.Domain.com\DP\SMSPKG\NY10006C\x86\scanstate.exe \\NYMSC-1.us.Domain.com\SMPSTOREE_FB121F31$\3D66D2A3C522E200FAF68E64940CA9CB5E680746E7F3953A0FF61B4B4406BFF9 /o /localonly /encrypt /key:**** /c /efs:skip /v:5 /l:C:\WINDOWS\system32\CCM\Logs\SMSTSLog\scanstate.log /progress:C:\WINDOWS\system32\CCM\Logs\SMSTSLog\scanstateprogress.log /i:\\NYMSC-1.us.Domain.com\DP\SMSPKG\NY10006C\x86\MigApp.xml /i:\\NYMSC-1.us.Domain.com\DP\SMSPKG\NY10006C\x86\MigDocs.xml /i:\\NYMSC-1.us.Domain.com\DP\SMSPKG\NY10006C\x86\MigUser.xml

My problem is the following, the MigrationStatus.xml never updates with the scan completions time, date, and location. I attched the Migrationstatus.xml. What is wrong?
