MDT 2010: unable to display deployment wizard.hta (splash screen) on HP servers

I have a working MDT 2010 image for W2K8R2SP1 that works correctly on all Dell servers and in Vsphere. But, it does not load correctly on HP servers with P400 storage controllers.

 

I've updated the drivers and have unable to get past this issue.

 

Any recommendations or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
