Deploy via PXE without entering MAC

Question

Is the deployment option available without adding the machines via MAC address? I'd like them to boot and automatically start imaging via PXE. Is there a way to setup the advertisement or task sequence to do this automatically? That being said, I'm using the DHCP server role in Windows Server 2008 R2 and not DHCP through the router... does that make a difference?

Thanks
