Outlook 2010 Thumbnail Photo cache

I have implemented user photos within Outlook 2010 using the thumbnail attribute stored in active directory, however I have a few users who would like to change their photo. The photo does not change in certain parts of Outlook 2010. Is there a way to clear the local cache of thumbnail photos and resync with Active Directory?

Can you describe it a little bit more in detail?

Have the photo been updated on some clients and some not?

Are you also using exchange 2010? If so then this exchange command works --> Update-OfflineAddressBook "Default Offline Address Book"

Also if your Outlook is in cached mode it gonna take forever to update. Fastest way is manual full download.

Use both commands below, that will push out the updates;

Update-OfflineAddressBook

Update-FileDistributionService
