Apologies searched forum but couldnt find an answer.
I come from a Altiris / Landesk background but relatively new to SCCM.
Current setup is a Master Slave 2007 configuration.
We are now looking at having an offsite office where we develop new packages and then release them into production.
Q1 - I have seen some scripts knocking about saying they will export / import packages so that they could be imported into a different Site.
Q2 - If this is not possible to at least get all the servers at the same level what would the easiest way of aligning the New Server and the Production one? Would it be a database backup and restore (Computer names are different) or would it be better to do a Site Backup and Restore and copy the relevant folders?
