Hi i have tried a few of the solution on forums.

Disabled firewall

checked WMI connectivity from SCCM 2012 server to clint machine.

Thanks Peter.

 

On the client machine the setup creates a folder in c:\windows and not in c:\windows\system32

 

In c:\windows is creates a folder called ccmsetup and in that folder there are only 4 files

i have attached a picture of the files i see.

 

and i have mentioned the ccmsetup log above.

 

Tried another computer with fresh XP installation same issue only 4 files.

Only difference is the ccmsetup.log is smaller

How does you client package looks like, or the client files on the server?

When i try to click on the ccmsetup.exe

there is a new log generated in ccmsetup.log
