After installation from SCCM the program does not appear in the Add/Remove programs list and Start menu/desktop shortcuts are not created. System Center is reporting successful installation. If I install manually (from the command line - still using the SCCM source) it will install fully and expected shortcuts are created (msiexec /i \\servername\reminst\sources\applications\appA\install.msi).
