Is the AD Schema extension for Exchange 2010 good for SCCM?

If the environment has been extended for Exchange 2010 SP1, do I need to do an extension for SCCM 2007 R3? If I remember correctly, it's the same command to extend the Schema. If that's the case, I won't need this step in this particular environment, correct?

Hi,

Yes you need to extend the AD Schema for SCCM, exchange doesn't use the same extensions.

To extend the AD schema for SCCM I recommend you to use ExtADSch.exe.
