i am unable to install any application through sccm plz help me out..

Hi friends,

 

I am learning sccm 2007 in lab invironment .

 

i have one DC and sccm server , I installed client on both the servers after so many attempts finished client installtion successfully with the help of our noob.

 

But when i tried to install the software (adobo reader) through sccm software distribution , my package is downloaded to cache and shows the advertisement below , when i run the advertisement

and checked it on task Manager it show 2 to 3min in installation state and missing

 

no result

 

can anyone help me how solve my problem and give me the details which logs i need to check

if you find the process running in task manager then wait for it to complete the installation. You can check in programs and features (appwiz.cpl).

while it shows in task manager I waited for sometime but it disappear with out install.

even i checked it in programs and features it was not installed..

Have you checked the log file on the clinet machine? execmgr.log? It should tell you what is going on.
