I'm trying to install the SMP role on our remote site servers that already function as a BDP. Technet says the SMP role requires IIS but I wasn't sure which roles of IIS it requires. I don't want to install more functions of IIS than I need to and hoped someone has already done this.
Most of our remote BDPs are also domain controllers if that matters and they don't have IIS installed.
