Unable to start Build and Capture Task Sequence

I have tried to set up a build and capture task sequence. After I boot from a prepared boot disk it gets to "Preparing Network Connections" then just reboots each time. The virtual pc I am testing on has an ip address. Any ideas what else it could be. In the smsts.log I see Failed to run unattended because media requires a password

 

Any ideas would be appreciated,

there were two issues here .. for reasons yet unknown the capture works in Virtual PC and not VirtualBox or Vmware view .. starting to think I need Hyper V. There was also a setting I change on the boot image, will post what I changed here once I remember !
