Mur Posted October 13, 2011 Report post Posted October 13, 2011 I am working in a lab environment off my main domain with empty AD (so they don't inherent parent policy) -SCCM & WSUS are installed in server 2008 R2 the box called: WSUS-Server -I have two test machines test-wsus-1 / test-wsus-2 on win7x64 -I have made it so SCCM can sync with WSUS and I can see packages in update repository -Turned off firewall on both sides I made a "test" collection where I "imported computer information" adding test-wsus-1/2 via MAC address and I can see them in the test collection. I have attempted to use install client and it seemed to install to what CCM.log says http://pastebin.com/WHZ23fus but it always says client "No" Approved "N/A" Assigned "Yes"

0 Mur Posted October 21, 2011 Report post Posted October 21, 2011 Honestly, I don't know. I showed the issue to my team lead which said there were a few missing prerequisites that were causing error messages in System status -> site status. After looking over it, it was able to update AD.
