Trouble Deploying Application

Question

Hello,

Relatively new user here, but I followed your application deployment to the T and I am still having trouble getting this out there. In the Advertisement status I am getting a failure exit code of 1203 and in my execmgr logs, the only errors I see are:

Failed to instantiate UI Server {C2F23AE4-82D8-456F-A4AF-A2655D8CA726} with error 80004005 execmgr 10/27/2011 1:30:26 PM 2032 (0x07F0)

Failed to instantiate UI Server 2 {E8425D59-451B-4978-A2AB-641470EB7C02} with error 80004005 execmgr 10/27/2011 1:30:26 PM 2032 (0x07F0)

Failed to instantiate Updates UI Server {2D023958-73D0-4542-8AD6-9A507364F70E} with error 80004005 execmgr 10/27/2011 1:30:26 PM 2032 (0x07F0)

Failed to instantiate VApp UI Server {00AAB372-0D6D-4976-B5F5-9BC7605E30BB} with error 0x80004005 execmgr 10/27/2011 1:30:26 PM 2032 (0x07F0)

CoCreateInstance ContentAccessService failed 0x80040154 execmgr 10/27/2011 1:37:50 PM 3496 (0x0DA8)

GetFileVersionInfoSize failed for file C:\Windows\system32\CCM\Cache\GEO00004.1.System\cscript.exe, error 2 execmgr 10/27/2011 2:11:00 PM 4244 (0x1094)

But I believed those to be "not real errors." After trolling all the posts on here I have came up with an few idea, but not quite sure if there tied together in anyway. The BITS throttling is set to only 50kbps during the window, which seems extremely low. If there is any other info or logs you guys need let me know, any help would be appreciated!
