Win XP non-admin

Question

Evening,

I am currently in the process of setting up our SCCM system and have a strange issue. I am able to install applications onto my Windows 7 x32, Window 7 X64 test machines as an administrator and as a standard user.

For my Windows XP system, I am only able to install as an administrator. When a non-admin, the following occurs:

1. I Launch Run Advertised Programs.

2. Highlight the application I'd like to install.

3. Select Run.

4. The package download begins then stops at 99% or 100%.

5. It does not move into the installation phase.

Have you guys seen this before and/or able to offer some advice?

If I make the user account an admin, the software installs without issue.
